Times are changing and will keep on changing. Psycho gets inspired from everything and the Misfits are part of these things. Just listen to the new bands from the psycho scene like Asmodeus, Hellbats, Tiger Army, Mad Sin, Wrecking Dead (to numerous to be all named...): they all are fan of this band.But why am I talkin' about The Misfits for this Plan 9 "8 Hits from Hell" review? Well, you can't talk about Plan 9 and ignore The Misfits, Glenn Danzig himself said "they're better than the Misfits", when genious original member talks, it means! In my opinion, the two bands are different, if not, it'll be useless... Plan 9 brings energy, power, and a new sound, songs are more agressive than the latest Misfits.who can really decide what is Psychobilly or not? If Hasil Hadkins, Cramps or Sonics are a part of psychobilly birth, so does the Misfits, and so, of course Plan 9(USA).
